Important message to all Outlook Express
users.
It is extremely important to have a
semi-automatic backup installed: It's a program where you can easily
back up all your emails daily or weekly.
If you ever see this message, HALT and call
Karl or read this manual:
Data recovery is mostly only possible from the backup system. Recovery can only be done by Karl or a PC technician.
Do not run the backup after accidentily cancelling the compacting because you might overwrite your backup as well.
Click OK.
Wait for the compacting process to
finish.
Don't Interrupt the Process, otherwise you
will lose emails permanently.
It is important that the process of
compacting folders is not interrupted.
