How to Set up your Email autoresponder inside your Webmail    
Open up your webmail website.
NB. it is not www.webmail....
it is webmail.mysite.co.za WITHOUT the www. in front:   
Your username is the same as your email. for example: myname@myDomain.co.za or info@pcshop.co.za


now click on "Auto Responders":

Here you can either Edit an old responder or Add a New one.
