How to recover wanted emails from your Spam.
Sometimes Gmail thinks that an email looks like spam- when it is actually not.
So you need to recover it:

First log in your webmail: www.gmail.com
(Click on Sign in or "Sign in with a different account-Add Account -if necessary)
It will ask for your username and password.
Your username is the same as your email address.
The password is the password of your email address.
Then click the blue button called “Sign In”.

1. open up the Spam folder.
2. Select the email you want recovered.
3. Click “Not Spam”

Now you may Logout/Sign Out.

How to block or blacklist unwanted recipients. To prevent them from sending you unwanted emails:

Select the unwanted emails, then click on Blacklist.

make sure you go through all the pages.
And finally click on logout.
