How to learn Gmail not to move your wanted emails to spam:
Click here:
GMAIL.COM
Put in your email address and password.
Click Sign In
Click "More"
Tick the emails you want recovered [square boxes] and click on "Not Spam"
Open your THunderbird/Outlook and click on "Send/Recv"
You will now receive your recovered emails.
